Beating Oklahoma wasn’t enough for Miami to get back in the top 10 but after beating the powerhouse that is FAMU the Canes are back at number 9. All it took was a half of football that looked a lot like the spring game – right down to Damien Berry stealing the show. Only instead of gaining 114 yards versus the UM backups Berry gained 162 yards against FAMU – both games he had 14 carries. Jimmy Graham caught a pass so chalk up another TD for the Power Forward. That’s now 3 catches on the season all for touchdowns and all in Landshark stadium. Tommy Streeter also played a nice game, not just at WR either, he had a monster block on the punt return touchdown by Thearon Collier.
